Ash Monday
Monday, February 24, is Ash Monday, the beginning of the Season of Great Lent. There will be Divine Liturgy and distribution of the on Ash Monday e at 7:00 PM followed by a Mjaddra dinner at the MCC benefiting the MYO, $7.00 adults and $5.00 children.

Stations and Benediction of the Holy Cross
Join us every Friday at 7:00 PM during the season of Great Lent for the Stations and Benediction of the Holy Cross. A Lenten potluck meal will follow at the MCC.

Bishop A. Elias Zaidan Visit
Mark your calendars and join us. His Excellency, Bishop A. Elias Zaidan will be visiting our parish and celebrating the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at 11:00 AM. The liturgy will be immediately followed by a gathering with Sayedna in the large hall where complimentary food will be provided. As we celebrate the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon of Los Angeles 25th Anniversary, Bishop Zaidan would like to share with you a pastoral update and details about our Eparchy’s “Vision for the future. Mission for today” Capital Campaign. Your attendance at the Sunday, March 8, 2020 Liturgy, gathering, and Capital Campaign Presentation is greatly recommended and appreciated. Annual Lenten Appeal
The Lenten Appeal for the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon is now taking place. A letter from Bishop Elias Zaidan about the Appeal will be mailed to every family. Copies are also available in the vestibule. The Eparchy relies upon you to support our Maronite parishes and train our future Maronite priests. Every family is asked to participate in the Appeal and be generous. The goal of our parish is $10,000.00. You may make a donation using a check, cash or credit card. Caritas Lebanon
Next weekend there will be a second collection is for Caritas Lebanon. Caritas Lebanon is an organization founded in 1972 to serve the poor and to promote charity and justice without any discrimination, throughout Lebanon. The mission of Caritas Lebanon is to provide humanitarian assistance in various areas such as medical, social, socio-pastoral, assistance to refugees and migrants, emergency intervention, reconstruction, rehabilitation and economic development. Caritas Lebanon is being instrumental in answering the needs in the current crisis in Lebanon. Please be generous.
